Spring Cleanup Packages

Eagle Maintenance & Landscaping offers a variety of services & spring clean up packages to meet the specific needs of every client. Spring clean-up services include power raking, core aeration, blow out of beds and hedges, edging, hand rake, lawn cut and trim and spring fertilizer.

Clients may choose from the packages below or create a customized package.

Core Aeration

*We recommend knowing your lot size before, pricing will be billed based on lot size upon completion of work.
Starting at pricing is for Small lot sizes. Prices are determined by packages, state of yard, amount of thatch/debris and time required.
Small (up to 2,000 sq ft)
Average (2,000-4,500 sq ft) Typically +$20 to starting at price
Large (4,500-6,000 sq ft) Typically +$50 to Starting at price (custom quote recommended for accurate pricing)

**Debris disposal is available at $5.00 per bag, no charge for filling green bins or plastic bags left at property.

Core Aeration Only

Core Aeration is the process of removing small 'cores' to improve the thickness and overall health of your lawn.

Relieves soil compaction - especially in areas of excessive foot traffic

Creates ideal conditions for overseeding & fertilizing
Decreases water run-off & pudding
Improves the water absorption needed for healthy growth

Flower Bed Maintenance

$62.50 per man hour (2 hour minimum).

Soil, plants, mulch, rock etc. can be added to beds with advanced notice. Materials provided by customer.

Fertilization

Starting from $50.00 per application.

Fertilization is offered in the Spring, Early Summer, Late Summer & Fall.
A granular application is used for Edmonton.

Fertilizer & Weed Control Program

Starting from $85.00 per application.

The fertilizer & weed control can be booked by the application.
If all 4 applications are booked, we offer a weed control guarantee - if there are still weeds growing after the second application, we will come and apply an additional application for free.
