Pruning

Removing dead or overgrown branches & stems promotes healthy tree/shrub growth. Proper pruning is one of the best things you can do for your plants. Pruning is an investment in the long-term health of your plants, overall appearance and safety of your property. The 4 most common reasons for pruning are: reducing density, plant health, size management and structural demands. Most people don’t realize that trees and sometimes shrubs can increase the value of a property but are usually neglected.

Eavestrough Cleaning

Eavestrough cleaning is essential in the maintenance of your home, however, it is often an overlooked maintenance task. While the benefits of regular eavestrough cleaning may seem invisible, the consequences can be detrimental (blocked drainage & mold).
Blockages in your drainage system can cause water to overflow, and potentially collect around the foundation of your home. This increases flooding risks, which can be both inconvenient & expensive to repair/remediate.

The ideal times to complete gutter maintenance are:

- After severe storms

- Mid-late fall - to remove any leaves & debris collected between the start of leaves falling & first snow fall

- Spring – prior to June (as it is typically the most rainy month of the year)

Irrigation Blow Out

This process involves removing all residual water from your irrigation (sprinkler) system. With colder temperatures, the water in your irrigation system freezes and expands and, which can cause the lines to crack if not properly winterized. Our irrigation blow out service ensures your lines ready for the winter season & will save you money in costly repairs.

Pressure Washing

Seasonal changes can lead to an accumulation of mold, mildew, grime and dirt on the exterior surfaces of your property. A simple, yet effective way to boost the overall aesthetic of your home is by power-washing these surfaces. We offer power-washing services for decks, patios, sidewalks and driveways.

Weed Control /Fertilizer

Application of weed control agent(s) is critical to control the germination or growth of weed species, and prevent weeds from becoming established in your lawn. Grass requires proper nutrients for healthy growth. Fertilizer promotes a healthy lawn year round and helps combat winter stress by supporting a nutrient rich root system & cold resistance. To avoid over- or under- fertilizing your lawn, it is important to consider: frequency of application, ideal fertilizer blend for the season and current moisture levels .

Core Aeration

Core Aeration is the process of punching holes in the soil to improve the thickness, reduce soil compression and improve the overall health of your lawn. This is achieved by removing small 'cores' of soil, allowing air and moisture into the surface of the lawn. For best results we recommend this to be done yearly and twice a year in high traffic areas.
- Relieves soil compaction - especially in areas of excessive foot traffic

- Improves strength of the root system

- Optimizes oxygen & water circulation

- Creates ideal conditions for overseeding & fertilizing

- Decreases water run-off & pudding

- Improves the water absorption needed for healthy growth.

*Pricing available for core aeration service only.

Mulching involves cutting grass clippings into fine pieces where they are broken down and re-fertilize the lawn. Recycling the nutrients helps to promote a lush, healthy lawn.
